Sexy, chic and with that jet set feel to it, this is a phenomenal numbered set from the house of Dior form the 1980s. Printed silk chiffon in shades of tauoes and caramels are set over a silk and silk chiffon base. The entire bodice is a woven masterpiece of macrame raffia and ribbon with matching braided raffia straps. The skirt feels like a sarong in style and the silk is placed and warped over the hips. Under this is a silk lining that has a fantastic finish of silk fringe that gives the dress tons of movement and visual interest. It has its original cropped silk chiffon jacket - it is also screened with that same pretty print and sits just above the waist of the dress when on.
